Refund Policy

Our intent is for each customer’s satisfaction. Returns and refunds are limited to the following situations:

Hair Extension Services received cannot be refunded. We will gladly adjust any service you receive within 2 days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service, at no additional charge to you.

Return Eligibility

Due to hygienic and sanitary reasons, there is a strict “no refund” policy on used and opened products. No exceptions will be made. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. This is an industry standard and other hair extension suppliers do not allow returns of opened items for the same reasons. The security seal must be intact. If you are unhappy or have an issue with the product you received, please contact our customer service team so that we can assist you further.

Final sale items:

sale items, color rings, swatches, haircare, accessories, lashes, all hand–tied extensions, and hand-tied accessories.

Any purchase using a promotional code for a Free Product must also include the free product upon return. The full purchase price of the free product will be deducted from your final refund if you decide to keep the item. All items will be inspected upon receipt to see if you qualify for a return/exchange. Altering the hair in any way is at your own risk and quality cannot be guaranteed, therefore returns will not be accepted once the product has been altered. Altering includes cutting, trimming, razoring, removing clips, toning, dying, coloring, purple shampoo, color depositing products, perming, chemical straightening, henna, swimming in chlorine water & more.

Cancellation Policy

To ensure smooth booking and availability for all, we kindly ask you to review our cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your appointment: You will receive a full refund of your service fee.
  • Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours of your appointment: You will be charged 50% of the service cost, which will be deducted from your service fee.
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows: You will be charged 100% of the service cost, and your service fee will be forfeited.

Future appointments may also require full prepayment.
